To request deletion, use the account deletion option in the app where available, or email BouBor from your registered email address with the subject Account deletion request. Provide the phone number or account identifier needed to locate your account. Never send your password or OTP.
Support may verify ownership before acting. The team will explain the effect on your profile, access and associated records. Records needed for unresolved transactions, disputes, security or other applicable obligations may be retained as necessary. Contact support for the status of your request.
